I like that it actually covers my area with useful local market info. A lot of competitors seem to focus more on bigger regions or give generic updates, but this feels more relevant to what’s happening near me...

There were a few decent ideas in here, but I couldn’t shake the feeling that some sections were either rushed or maybe borrowed from somewhere else. A few parts felt genuine, while others just seemed a little too patched together.

I got it faster than I expected, so I was happy with the turnaround.

They were quick about getting back to me and answered the questions I had, like what to expect next, how the process worked, and a couple little details I wasn’t sure about. Most of the replies came in faster than I expected, kind of like when you text a business and assume it’ll take forever, but then they actually respond. There was one message that took a bit longer than the others, so I did wonder for a minute if it got missed, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the communication was solid, clear, and easy to deal with.

Support did get back to me and they were able to explain what was going on with my listing. They helped get it fixed, which I really appreciated. That said, I was expecting a faster response, and a couple of the replies could’ve been a little clearer. Overall it worked out, but the wait was a bit frustrating.

I’ve used Local Lens a few times now and it’s been solid each time. The pages load fine and the info has been consistent, which I definitely appreciate. My only real annoyance is that some of the communication isn’t as clear as it should be, so I’ve had to figure a few things out on my own. Still, no major issues so far.

I’m disappointed with how everything turned out. The final photos and videos were nowhere near what I expected, especially for the price. A lot of the shots looked blurry, too dark, and like they were taken in a rush. The video also felt shaky and low quality, which was frustrating. I was hoping for a much better experience with locallens.com, and at this point I’d at least expect an apology for how poorly it turned out.

Tried Local Lens for a small project. The creator was nice. Polite too. Showed up mostly on time. Seemed like they knew the work, which was good.
But the messages were a little slow. I had to repeat one detail twice. Not a big deal. Just made the whole thing feel okay, not amazing

I gave locallens.com a try because I wanted something simple and local, and at first it seemed like it might fit what I needed. But once I started looking at the pricing, it felt a bit hard to justify for what was included.

The plans were kind of confusing to compare, and I kept wondering if I was missing some bigger feature that made the cost make sense. After using it, though, it still felt basic, especially compared with cheaper competitors that offer similar tools and a cleaner pricing setup.

Maybe it’s useful for someone with very specific needs, but for me, I wouldn’t pay that much again. There are other options out there that seem to do the same job for less, so locallens.com just didn’t feel like the best value...

Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d definitely use it again for future projects.
